The smart country house is located on the southern coast the islands of Crete, Greece. The country house of 400 sq.m is constructed on the site of 2500 sq.m from where the amazing view of the Libyan sea opens. The house in 3 levels includes the cellar, the first floor, the 1 and 2 floor. On the first floor the living room with fireplace, the dining room, 2 kitchens, 1 sleeping with the bathroom, the bathroom and WC are located. On 1 floor 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry are located. On the 2nd floor the small kitchen, office, the bedroom with wardrobe, and the bathroom is located. In the territory of country house there is also pool, the booth with the equipped kitchen and the dining room, the place for barbecue. All territory is planted well trees and shrubs, fenced with stone wall.
