Description

The smart country house is located near Lake Garda. The climate on the lake can be defined as Mediterranean. In the spring and in the fall often there are rains, summer dry, but with intensive thunderstorms, especially in August. Winter weather on the lake is warmer, in comparison with surrounding territories, rainfall happens not often in the winter. 

The house is surrounded with garden which area is 7.000 sq.m, here it is possible to build the pool. Also in the territory there is building which is used at present as warehouse which can be reconstructed to the guest house.

The main house, of 655 sq.m, consists from 3-ekh parts, 2 of which have been completely restored and decorated in modern style, the central part is constructed in style of the 90th years. In the central part of the house there are spacious living room, kitchen, the dining room, the beautiful bedroom and the bathroom. Two other parts consist from: two living rooms, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms.
