The first mentioning of country house belongs to 1633 when Romano Garzoni has signed the project of the palace, by the sizes close to modern while the landscape gardening ensemble was much smaller.

The father Carlo Lorenzini, the Italian writer, the author of "Pinocchio's Adventures", was gardener on country house, and his mother – the maid therefore he has carried out the most part of the childhood here. When Carlo Lorenzini chose pseudonym, he has decided to name himself Kollodi. The building has four floors from the valley and three floors from the hill. The building dominates in landscape and differs in rare balance between durability of the building and ease of scenery in style of rococo. Two step wings enhance this visual effect and connect country house to the nearby park.

In the main country house the main stone stairs, conducts on the second floor where the wide gallery, with stucco molding and painting on walls begins. In gallery there are different rooms and halls: the female bedroom with canopy and draperies from silk, empire library, the red bedroom, or Napoleon's bedroom, the dining room with the French furniture of the 18th century and Korredzho's painting, the ballroom and other rooms.
