The fine chalet with interesting story is located in the mountain village of Untervyossen, Bavaria. The building is not under protection of monuments though the house has been built in 1900, already nobody knows all its history. The house was under construction with use of natural stone, but as has passed more century, there is reasonable demand of repair.

The area of the house is 360 sq.m, the area of the adjacent territory – 1017 sq.m. In the house – only 12 rooms, from them 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The chalet is located in the valley at the foot of the Bavarian Alps, enjoying silence and tranquility, great view of mountain tops, transparent mountain small rivers. All infrastructure in several minutes drive from the house. The chalet is located in hour of driving from Munich and in 40 minutes drive from Salzburg.
