Description

This nice house is in one of the most beautiful parts of the Kotorsky bay.

The house has been built in 1980 in the Mediterranean style, and 2004 has been repaired. All materials used at construction of country house, high-quality and expensive. The total area of the house is about 160 sq.m. The residence includes 2 floors, on each of which is on two bedrooms. From windows of the house beautiful views of the gulf and sea open.

The fenced yard about 100 sq.m. is outside located. In front of the house there are small pier and the private beach. It is possible to moor the boat up to 16 meters long to the mooring.

The Kotorsky gulf – the largest bay of the Adriatic Sea. Kotor is famous as attractive destination thanks to wonderful conditions for rest and the richest history.
