The modern townhouse is located in new complex from 12 houses on the southern outskirts of Tirgarten, Berlin. This area becomes more popular and more prestigious now. In this area there are numerous embassies and representations. The most known sight of Berlin, the Brandenburg gate and also the best restaurants on Potsdamer Platz are at distance a little more than a kilometer.

For this reason it is possible to call this complex the real pearl of Tirgarten. All houses consist of 4 floors + the basement. This house has been designed by the famous architect Claus Teo Brenner who projected Royal quarter in Berlin-Zelendorf. Unlike three other country houses in the project, this building contains architectural references to the Berlin tradition and also echoes of the Italian modernism.
