Description

This ancient mill of the 17th century is in the beautiful resort of Schwarzwald, 90 km from Stuttgart. The hotel of 5000 sq.m and with plottage of 10,000 sq.m is at the moment used as cultural entertainment center where weddings, conferences and different holidays are held.

The complex consists of two main buildings: the first building has been built in 1700. From 1991 to 2008 repairs were made. In this building – the apartment for owners, 9 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, terrace, the museum, wine cellar, ancient kitchen, brewery, 160 places for guests.

The second building has been built in 1992 with bakery, kitchen, 140 places for guests, terrace on 80 places, bedrooms for guests – 35 berths.

In the territory of complex there is also small lake with small fishes, two scenes.
