Description

The ancient castle is on the peninsula on the bank of the lake between the cities of Hull and Aysleben. Distances: to Berlin about 182 km, to Leipzig – 54 km, Magdeburg in 100 km. The lock demands restoration. The area of buildings is 16,000 sq.m. The area of the territory is 51,000 sq.m which can be expanded in addition on the northern coast of the lake on 42,000 sq.m and to buy in addition old sheep-breeding farm of 17,000 sq.m together with pastures of 34,000 sq.m.

The lock can be adapted for apart-hotel or hotel with holding of conferences, weddings and other celebrations. The territory perfectly is suitable for active holiday: sailing, surfing, swimming, riding, tennis, golf. Receiving subsidy from the state and local authorities is possible.
