Description

The traditional chalet in "the Tyrolean style" is located between the towns of Kirkhberg and Ashau, in the beautifull place overlooking tops and the valley Anshauyer. The chalet is located in the popular town in only 6 km from Kitzbuehel that allows to ski practically in any point of the alpine skiing Area of Pengelshtayna and Hanenkamma.

The plottage makes about 1800 sq.m on which the chalet of 550 sq.m. is constructed. On the first floor there is spacious living room with fireplace, the hall, guest toilet, modern kitchen with the island for cooking and additional fireplace, the bedroom with wardrobe and the bathroom.

In the basement at the level of garden on the corresponding design one more floor from SPA the center with sauna, jacuzzi and the indoor pool, the fitness studio, the restroom is located. Besides, there is wine cellar, the bedroom with the bathroom and also several utility rooms, storerooms and technical rooms.

 On the second floor there are 3 light bedrooms with bathrooms, guest toilet. Near the house there is garage on 3 cars and several places on the open parking.

Heating and hot water are provided thanks to geothermal power and also additional solar batteries. For convenience of residents of chalet it is equipped with the elevator.

Near the house the well-kept garden with decorative pond and garden lodge is laid out.
