The unique estate has been built in 1687 by Karl Konrad von Beroldingen. After that the country house becomes the property of the marquis Giovanny Reeve of Lugano in 1732, then between 1919 and 1932 belongs to Leopold Friedrich Prusski. Later it has been bought by the baron Hans Heinrich Tissen-de-Kaszon.

Total area - about 8000 sq.m. In the territory - unique ancient garden with fountains, pools. Arrival, parks, gallery with 20 rooms and several buildings on the coast of the lake are part of unique history not only the Canton of Ticino, but also all Switzerland.
