Description

This wonderful house in Baroque style is located in the heart of Vienna, near the state opera and the well-known Kertnerstrasse. In the five-floor house of 630 sq.m there is equipped kitchen, the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the good cellar with wine cellar, the 1st and 5th floors partially for the inhabited purposes and partially for offices, upper floor with sauna and terrace (40 sq.m) on roof. The house has been repaired with use of the best materials about 5 years ago and is in fine state. Interior design has been designed and created by the graph Pilatti (Munich). The history of the building goes to the Middle Ages, the laying of those times has remained in the base and especially it is visible in wine cellar. In 1995 the house has been completely reconstructed and also in it the attic was expanded. The facade of the house realizes Baroque style.
