The country house has been constructed in the 1930th, and in 2005 has been completely repaired. It has 240 sq.m. of inhabited space.

On the first floor the spacious hall from which it is possible to get to the bedroom from bathing en-suit is located. The big living room and the dining room have exit to fine garden and terrace. The equipped kitchen has separate exit. On the second floor there is master's bedroom from bathing en-suit and wardrobe and overlooking the lake and mountains. The second bedroom on this floor has the beautiful fireplace. Besides, in the house there are cellar, wine cellar, laundry. The garage is expected one car, outside there are two more parking spaces.
