Description

The magnificent country house is located near border of Italy and France in the city of Mortola, Liguria. The resort is well-known, thanks to the wonderful beaches and botanical garden. From each room of the house the magnificent panorama at the sea opens. The country house is constructed of materials of the highest quality and combines elements of baroque and neoclassics. The house is surrounded with well-kept garden which area is 3.000 sq.m. There are flowers, the Mediterranean plants and the pool with falls.

The area of country house is 400 sq.m, and the total area of terraces and patio about 200 sq.m. On the first floor 3 beautiful bedrooms, everyone with the bathroom and clothes and also exit to terrace are located. On the second floor – the big living room with fireplace, large windows with fine panorama, the kitchen executed in typical Ligurian style with exit to terrace and the bathroom.

Around the pool also the small lodge for guests is located spacious solarium. Also from garden there is exit to the private beach and 2 parking spaces.
