The magnificent house is located in the district Friburg, at coast of the lake Neuchatel with its scenic views, and is embodiment of comfort and tranquility. The house of 4,600 sq.m is on the site in 46,000 sq.m, surrounded with the wonderful park and the wood, in only five minutes from the highway on which it is possible to reach Lausanne for half an hour, and for hour to Geneva. One of features of this area is availability of the airport which is once belonging to the Air Force of Switzerland, and now open and for private airplanes.

This wonderful majestic house is, perhaps, one of the safest in the region. The site is completely fenced, all access roads are equipped with the systems of tracking. The main gate are made of steel and can be open only from within, all area of the park is covered by infrared security system and surveillance cameras that provides to the house reliable and full protection. It is possible to get to the mansion through the 100th meter underground tunnel which conducts to garage and the elevator. 16 cameras and the system of remote video surveillance allow to control accurately all visitors and the surrounding territory.

The modern house is developed by outstanding architects, and consists of several levels. At the lower level apartments of the inspector are at home: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and jacuzzi. Also here it is possible to find the placement on case of atomic or nuclear warfare which includes the living room, the bedroom, kitchen, the bathroom and the room arranged in due form to safety.

On the first floor there are awesome bedrooms like suit, each of which differs in unique design, professionally equipped kitchen with modern household appliances, the spacious cozy living room with big fireplace and grand piano, the dining room, winter garden and completely equipped gym overlooking the lake. Above the second floor there is big terrace of 300 sq.m with which the great view of the lake and the Swiss Alps opens.

All floors of the house are connected by the elevator and protected by safety doors so that any floor can be completely isolated from another.

The most part of the territory surrounding the house can be used for further construction and expansion of the main house. The building surrounds the wonderful park with fruit trees and pink gardens conducting to the lake. Ashore there is small fishing lodge which is completely equipped and furnished.

Also in the territory there is helipad.
