The magnificent mansion is located near the palace and the park of San Sushi in Potsdam. San Sushi (from fr. sans souci — without cares) — the most known palace of Frederick the Great located in east part of the park of the same name in Potsdam. The palace has been built in 1745 — 1747 on Frederick the Great's project. The practical side of implementation of royal intention has been charged to the close friend of the king - the architect George Ventseslaus von Knobelsdorf. This ensemble is often called "Prussian Versailles".

The mansion can be used as the inhabited residence, or as boutique hotel for commercial purposes.
