Description

The magnificent mansion is located in the exclusive area in the 17th district of Vienna. The house has been built in 1860 in neo-Gothic style with Renaissance elements. The mansion was expanded in 1916, have added the English garden to it. Repairs of the mansion have been completed in 2009 during which under the house the garage and parking on 6-8 machines have been constructed.

The main house and two side wings of country house are repaired with use of high-quality parquet, stucco molding, smart doors and windows, magnificent chandeliers and panel boards.

The area of the house is 961 sq.m, the territory of the park and the forest occupy 10,800 sq.m. Now in the territory the guest lodge of 300 sq.m, swimming pond is constructed. The construction permit which will allow to increase the area of the house approximately by 400 sq.m. is also got.
