Description

The magnificent lock is located in the small Austrian town of Sankt - Martin - bay-Lofer, in several kilometers from Salzburg. It is for the first time mentioned in 1325 when here the estate of the rich industrialist with several farms on flax processing was placed. Today's type of the lock in style of rococo has been created at the end of the 19th century when other businessman has redeemed the estate and has reconstructed the building, having left only part of rooms and the base in original state. In the lock the hotel with 32 numbers has been equipped, and in the main hall the restaurant in historical style has been open.

The area of the parcel is 23,000 sq.m, the area of the lock of 2500 sq.m. In total in the lock of 37 rooms. In the lock – fitness the center, restaurant, the pool, the elevator, furniture, autonomous water supply, garden, bath. There is garage, farm buildings. The well-groomed park is broken into territories.
