Description

The magnificent lock is located on hills near the cities of Perugia, Umbria. Fancifully stretched on hills, Perugia captivates the strict beauty and versatility. Narrow twisting streets bring on specially designed areas from where fascinating panoramas of the valley of the Tiber River open.

The total area of the lock is 3500 sq.m, the main building – 2700 sq.m, and 800 sq.m additional constructions. The lock is located on 5 floors and consists of 35 rooms, 28 of which the bedroom. From spacious terrace in the form of tower the magnificent panoramic view opens. The lock is surrounded with the territory which area is 6.7 Hectares.

The lock is constructed of stone and brick and also equipped and decorated in ancient style: halls with arches, ceilings and walls are decorated with frescos and handmade terracotta tile. Part of the lock demands restoration.
