The magnificent lock is in Cher's department, in 30 km from Burzha, in 2.5 hours' journey from Paris. The lock is constructed on the hill, on site the ancient fortress of the 11th century. The lock has been reconstructed in the 15th century and accepted such historical celebrities as the Lion-Heart and lords of Burbons. It was reconstructed and expanded in the 19th century the marquis Nikolay and his wife whose coat of arms decorates outer doors.
